WHAT IS A CO-OPERATIVE AGENCY?

Being a Co-operative Agency we all share responsibility for the day to day running of the agency and each other. So computer skills are also required. When we are not working (within the profession) we all take it in turns to work in the office.  This is normally 1 day a week fulfilling the following tasks; liaising with casting directors; submitting clients for current castings; and actively searching for opportunities within the industry.  Your office days are unpaid and you will need to pay your own travel expenses.

If you are an actor with professional training then maybe we can help.  Firstly look at our current represented clients.  If you are similar to any of our current clients then it is likely we will not be able to represent you.  If you are different, we would then be interested in looking at your CV and photograph.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

CCM requires a £150 training fee at the start of your three month trial, and a further £100 when you become a full member.  If at the end of your trial period you do not take up full membership your £150 will be refunded.  These costs pay for all administration and running costs of the agency, and a lower commission charge than most conventional agents.

ARTISTS WE DON'T REPRESENT

We deal only with professional actors. We do not represent Extras / Background Artists / Cabaret Singers / Comedians / children or animals!  If you fit into one of these categories then our agency isn't for you.

Please e-mail or post your current CV along with your photograph to our office (see contact details on our Home Page).  Please note we do not guarantee safe return even with a self addressed envelope.  Your details will then be looked at by all members of CCM and a vote will be taken on whether or not we are suited to each other.
