We're always happy to hear from actors who are interested in working with a co-op.

Currently we are especially interested in hearing from:

• Global Majority actors of all ages

• Actors with a playing age of 35+

If you are not in one of those brackets, please check our current membership and think about what differences in casting types or skills you can offer. 

Applications process

If you'd like to join CCM, please email casting@ccmactors.com or contact us with the following:

• A short covering letter explaining why you'd like to join a co-op agency, and what you feel you can bring to our team

• A link to your Spotlight CV, showreel, voicereel, and any other work that you feel supports your application

Please note: we can only consider actors who are on Spotlight.

Auditioning for CCM

After our members have considered your application, you may be asked to audition. This process includes two stages:

• Self tape - which will be viewed and voted on by our members

• Zoom interview - with two or more members

We’ll keep you updated with how your application is progressing and we’ll also let you know should we decide not to take it further. 

Becoming a member

If your audition is successful, you’ll be invited to join the agency as a trainee. You can only become a full member, after a three month probationary period, if you demonstrate that you have the knowledge and skills to work in the office as an actors' agent. For a fee, CCM offers training to give you these skills.
